Onesilverjewelry.com has a $100.00 minimum for orders. All International order has a $300.00

Prices:
We reserve the right to correct any errors found in our Web site price.

Discount prices are available for volume buyers.

• 3% discount (Purchase of $300.00)
• 5% discount (Purchase of $500.00)
• 10% discount (Purchase of $1,000.00)

Payments:
Onesilverjewelry.com accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express & PayPal Payment.
For international orders, PayPal and bank wire is the only payment options accepted.

Shipping:
Onesilverjewelry.com will attempt to process and ship all orders in a timely manner. Generally, all orders received are processed and shipped within 2 business days. However, during busy seasons, like the holidays, it may take longer and ask that you accordingly submit your orders in advance.

Onesilverjewelry.com offers 4 shipping methods:

• UPS Ground
• UPS Next Day
• UPS 2nd Day
• UPS 3rd Day

For international orders, we offer:

• UPS International

Shipping charges are based on shipping method, weight, destination to get an estimate of shipping charges; you may use our Shipping Rate.

All orders will be provided tracking information via email. You may also log in to your account.

Returns:
All returns are subject to approval by onesilverjewelry.com. Onesilverjewelry.com only accepts return manufacturing defects, if they are of unsatisfactory quality.
All returns must be made within 30 days with a copy of the original invoice.
No merchandise may be returned without obtaining a Return Authorization and to obtain a RA# within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. To obtain a RA# from email us at custserv@onesilverjewelry.com
Once you receive a RA#, returns must be made within 15 days. All returns clearly marked on the shipping label.
Authorized returns are accepted for store credits or exchange only. No refunds at all.
